[Title]
Model of Service and Value Co-creation as Constructive Methodology and
Its application to Mobility as a Service

[Abstract]
Design and service are two important keywords when IT is applied to the society.
To design and implement a better societal system that is realizable only through
intensive use of IT, a loop with service provision and re-design must be excersized.
This loop represents the syntesis methodology in contrast to the traditional analytic
methodology.  In fact, analysis should understood to be a part of synthesis.

In this talk, I will first present the model of synthesis, and then formalize value
co-creation of the provider and the user on the model. Service is defined as provision
and utilization of a system.  I will then explain our project in Hakodate, design and
implementation of Smart Access Vehicle System as providing mobility as a service.
