OIST Staff Appreciation Week

Event Description:

Since the establishment of OIST, several teams have been working behind the scenes to make sure that our campus is clean and safe, our gardens are pretty and our commuting is smooth.

We are organizing an appreciation week in April, where the entire OIST community can come together to show our gratitude and appreciation to the various teams working at OIST:

1. Facility Management Team
2. Security Team
3. On-campus Cleaning Team
4. Planting Team
5. Gojinsha (Village Center Cleaning Team)
6. Gym Team
7. Bus and Transport Team

Event schedule:

• April 12th, 2021: Present a "Certificate of Appreciation" to each team, on behalf of the OIST community. (Draft of certificate attached below)
• April 12th - 16th, 2021: Display a gratitude video in the main entrance tunnel. This video will be a compilation of short messages from the members of the OIST community.

1. March 18^th (Thursday), 12:00-13:00 at Jimmy's, Village Center (near the OIST pond)
2. March 24^th (Wednesday), 12:00-13:00 in Lab 3, Level B (near graduate school office, in front of the Large Shisa)
