Winter Admissions Selection

The Admissions Selection is an online event targeted towards shortlisted applicants for our PhD program. Within three weeks, the shortlisted candidates will engage in a series of online one-on-one interviews with OIST faculty members via zoom (minimum of 4 interviews, 30 minutes each) and informative orientation sessions to learn more about the structure of the PhD program and student life at OIST. The Admissions Selection will be held completely online.

Program:

1/22 – 1/26, 2024: Information week via zoom with information sessions about our PhD program, faculty talks and interviews (all online via zoom)

1/29 – 2/2, 2024: Online Interview week for PhD applicants and faculty members

2/5 – 2/9 2024: Additional Interviews upon request by faculty or applicants
