OIST student roommates finder on SLACK

Like a bulletin board, OIST will create a private group on SLACK to help you find a roommate. Only the new incoming students and the current students who are looking for a roommate can join the group. Housing Management Section manages the members of the group.
Your profile will be posted in this private group. The members can see all student profiles and search for a future roommate. You can communicate with other members on SLACK as well.
 

Procedure

	Submit your profile Please fill out the form by answering the questions. My Profile for Roommate Matching
	Bulletin board open announcement (Slack) OIST housing will announce once the internet bulletin board is ready. You will receive an invitation from us.
	Search for roommates Please browse the profiles in the private group on SLACK. You can contact the members within SLACK.
	Submit roommate information to OIST Once you have found your roommates, please submit a Room Request Form. Once we confirm your submission, we will delete your profile from SLACK
	Room Information E-mail OIST will send you room information at least two weeks before you move in.
