Title

On the analytic continuation of Ising Bethe-Salpeter System

Abstract

Ising field theory (IFT) is the continuous limit of the Ising model. Generic IFT with non-zero external magnetic field exhibit a rich set of phenomenons that is common in all 2D QFTs, such as confinement, resonance states, and first-order phase transition of metastable states.

We used the Bethe-Salpeter equation to study the confinement of spin domain walls in the ordered phase of IFT . In particular, we study the analytic properties of confined states for complex magnetic field.

We found an infinite number of square root branching points in the confined spectrum. Numerical results support the idea that the first branching point correspond to the Yang-Lee singularity.
