Library Rules

No food is allowed in the library. Only non-alcoholic drinks in closed or spill-proof containers are allowed in the library. Open containers and disposal cups with lids are not permitted.

  • List of canceled Journals as of January 01, 2025

    We would like to inform you about the list of academic journal subscriptions which will be canceled as of January 1st, 2025.

    For more details, see the attached Excel file below.

    In case you need an article from one of the canceled journals, you can either purchase it using the “Pay per View” option, apply for an individual subscription, or request an “interlibrary loan” (ILL) through the library (the latter is limited to print materials).

    Unfortunately, JoVE doesn’t offer either pay per view or individual subscriptions.

  • Elsevier ebook trial for Biochemistry and Mateirlas Science (as of 08/09/2024)

    Elsevier eBook trial for Biochemistry and Materials Science is available now. 

    Please see the attached list of eBooks eligible for the trial. 
    The trial period is from August 9 to November 30, 2024.  

    For Firefox users, please select a browser other than Firefox because Firefox displays an error message for Elsevier's site. 

    The choice of the subjects was made by Elsevier not the Library, so we have no plan to do a trial for other subjects so far.
