Description
Lattice light sheet uses a thin sheet of light to rapidly and gently collect high-resolution fluorescence images with exquisite sub-cellular detail.
This system is designed for high-resolution, high speed, imaging of cell cultures and the superficial layers of small embryos with virtually no photobleaching or phototoxicity.
This system’s speed is also useful for collecting 3D images of thin (<100 um), clear, tissues.
We are welcome to any researcher and student to attend the demonstration .
Please contact Scientific Imaging Section ( IMG-request@oist.jp) for the registration and further details about the demo
We will also have a technical seminar ( Webinar) on the 21st ( Mon) from 10:30-11:30 by Zoom, pleease also join it to see the details.
