On-site Survey for Countermeasures against Natural Disasters　地震対策調査の実施について

Dear all,

This is to notify you that we will conduct an on-site survey for countermeasures against earthquakes in late April. The objective of the survey is to develop a blue-print of earthquake countermeasures plan at OIST. The survey will be conducted by OIST safety and health committee and outside experts in earthquake countermeasures, and check the current conditions of arrangement of research equipment and office furniture, and anchoring of them to floor or wall in the laboratory spaces as well as administrative offices on campus. The survey is scheduled from April 21st through 24th as follows:

Day1: Monday April 21

14:00-16:30 Lab 1 Level B

Day2: Tuesday April 22

9:30-11:30 Lab1 Level A

11:30-12:00 Lab1 Level C

13:00-14:30 Lab1 Level C

14:30-16:30 Lab1 Level D

Day3: Wednesday April 23

9:30-11:30 Lab2 Level A

11:30-12:00 Lab2 Level B

13:00-14:30 Lab2 Level B

14:30-16:30 Lab2 Level C

Day4: Thursday April 24

9:30-11:00 Center Level A

11:00-12:00 Center Level B

13:00-13:30 Center Level C

13:30-17:00 Reserved for additional inspections
