Accommodation is provided free-of-charge at the workshop venue and travel costs will be covered according to OIST guidelines. Please see attached for more detail.

Note that all participant accommodation is in twin-shared rooms at Seaside House, the cost of which is covered by OIST. If you are accepted to attend and do not want to share a twin room (with bathroom) with another participant you will have to book and pay for your own accommodation and daily transport to the workshop venue, Seaside House. The workshop secretariat will be able to advise you on hotels in the immediate region. Please see the OIST Travel Rules (PDF) for more information.
