SHIPPO/JAPANESE ENAMELING WORKSHOP　｜　七宝焼

Register your child to come play with color and explore their design creativity.  Shippo is a Japanese ancient art technique. Enamel is made of fine glass powder which will be applied on a metal base. Then the piece will be fired in a hot kiln. Students will design their own creations and make jewel-like enamel artwork. You can use it to attach to keychains, magnets, boxes, etc. Artwork can be taken home on the day.

色彩とデザインの創造性を使って遊んでみませんか？七宝焼は日本の伝統工芸技法で、金属の素地に色の焼き付けを行うことで生成されています。参加者は自身でデザインしたキーチェーン、マグネットや小物入れなど制作して、その日にお持ち帰りいただけます。
