What will you learn from this workshop?
The Ogasawara Sencha Way is a traditional Japanese tea ceremony focused on the preparation and enjoyment of sencha (green tea). In this workshop, participants will learn how to brew sencha with attention to water temperature, steeping time, and the quality of tea leaves. Set in a serene environment, this experience offers a chance to engage in mindfulness and appreciate the beauty of nature through the art of tea preparation. The Ogasawara Sencha Way encourages participants to cultivate a deeper appreciation for tea and the present moment.
小笠原煎茶道は、煎茶(緑茶)の準備と味わいに特化した伝統的な日本の茶道です。このワークショップでは、参加者は湯温や抽出時間、茶葉の質に注意を払いながら、煎茶の淹れ方を学びます。静かな環境で行われるこの体験は、茶の準備を通じてマインドフルネスや自然の美しさを感じる機会を提供します。小笠原煎茶道を通じて、参加者は茶への深い感謝の念を育むことができます。

You will learn about the history and background of the Ogasawara style of Sen-cha-do.小笠原流煎茶道の歴史と背景について学びます。

You will first see how to make tea.最初に、茶の淹れ方を見ます
- You will make tea by yourself and taste the first and second cups. You will recognize the different flavors between the first and second cups.自分で茶を淹れ、1杯目と2杯目を味わいます。1杯目と2杯目の異なる味わいを実感するでしょう。
