New ORC office composition

As of today, November 2nd 2017, the new ORC Office consists of:

• Chair: Panagiotis Grammatikopoulos
• ORC Secretary: Florine Paraz
• Researcher Representatives: Emilio Juarez Perez, Robin Ohmann
• Researcher Representative Alternate: Tapan Sabuwala
• Advisory Board: Georg Fischer, Ivan Koludarov, Michael Kuba, Lars-Goran Ofverstedt, Kirk Sato, Rory Cerbus

The term for each ORC Office is for up to two years, according to the PRP.
