Title: Some Almost Hermitian flows

Abstract: This talk will give an overview of two almost Hermitian flows: the Almost Hermitian Ricci Flow (AHRF) and the Symplectic Curvature Flow (SCF), with a primary focus on SCF. We'll discuss how the flows were constructed, their properties and some of their results.
