Program at a glance

The Researcher Appreciation Month (RAM) is an interdisciplinary set of events organized by ORC Council members & volunteers to celebrate the researchers' contributions at OIST. Everyone at OIST is welcome to join RAM events!

The 2023 RAM will happen during October with events including Lab tours, Posters and Blitz Talks, Professional Development and Diversity events, and Networking Cafés. 

Opening Ceremony: talk by the Dean of Research, Nick Luscombe (October 2nd at 9:30AM) 

Closing Ceremony: talk by our President Karin Markides (October 25th at 2PM)

*Registration is required for the OIST Innovation Technologies tour and pizza party and other Lab tours
