【お知らせ】その他の調達関連規則の整理 [Notice] Rearrangement on the other procurement-related regulations

「契約監視委員会細則」及び「契約監視委員会運営要領」は、COOオフィス所管となっているため、コンプライアンスセクションのページに移動しました。同様に、「統合業務システムの仕様書作成」もPRP17章のルールであるため、PRP28.5.2の掲記から除外しました。
"Detailed Stipulations for the Contract Review Committee" and the "Contract Review Committee Operating Guideline" have been moved to the webpage of the Compliance Section due to its affiliation to the Office of the COO. Similarly, "Specification Formulation of Enterprise Systems" has been removed from the list at 28.5.2 since the rule would be managed by the PRP Chapter 17.

 

【お知らせ】標準取引約款の新規適用廃止 [Notice] Cancellation of new application of the Standard Transaction Clauses

標準取引約款も2020年1月より新規適用が廃止とされました(物品売買、役務請負とも)。今後は取引額150万円以上500万円未満において、本学の発注書に対する請書をご提出いただくのみの運用となります。ご理解ご協力のほど宜しくお願い申し上げます。
Standard Format: Newly application of the Standard Transaction Clauses (for goods/services) have been cancelled as well from January 1, 2020. Only an aknowledgement shall be obtained from the suppliers against the University's PO for the transactions valued 1.5 million JPY or more and less than 5.0 million JPY. Than you very much for your kind cooperation.

I hereby certify that my organization is a not-for-profit and officially accredited as a Graduate University by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan.

The Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST) is a new graduate university established in November 2011 in Onna-son, Okinawa. Our mission is to conduct internationally outstanding education and research in science and technology, contribute to the sustainable development of Okinawa, and promote and sustain the advancement of science and technology in Japan and throughout the world.

OIST has been established as a not-for-profit School Corporation (OIST SC), and receives subsidies from the Japanese government to operate the Graduate University. In order to expand and consolidate this new center of world-class research and education as well as contribution to the sustainable development of Okinawa, the Japanese government provides subsidies for all OIST SC operation expenses every fiscal year which shares 98% of our revenue.
