Inclusive facilitation is a leadership skill that requires self-awareness, observational skills, agility, and intention. Join this session to sharpen your leadership facilitation skill set in preparation for your next event. This workshop is intended for participants who have some prior facilitation experience. 『心が折れるとき~レジリエンスを働かせよう~』自殺防止ワークショップ by 沖縄いのちの電話 長田清理事長 “When the Heart Breaks - Let's Work on Resilience” Suicide Prevention Workshop by Kiyoshi Nagata, director of Okinawa Lifeline
[With Simultaneous Interpretation
The human body has immunity and resistance that protect us from illness and injury. The human mind also has the capacity to rescues us from difficulties and despair. This power is called resilience. When people are in pain, when they have given up, they think about death because they think it is the only solution. Before the vision of death flickers over us, tempting us with false solutions, let's think about how to draw out and use our resilience.
We will proceed with a dialogue. A dialogue between you and me. And as we listen to each other, have a dialogue with our own hearts.

My research group has consistently published ~20 papers per year for 15 years, and most of these papers were published in the top 25% of journals (CiteScores) with an average citation of > 100. How did we manage to do this? There are several reasons. In this interactive talk session, I will share one core secret: how to write a lot and well. If you can do it, you are invincible in academia or elsewhere. But how do you do this? You should consider writing a review to transform you into an amazing writer.

Okinawan Traditional Tea Ceremony (Buku Buku tea)* Filled to Capacity
Buku-buku tea is a traditional tea of Okinawa with a unique flavour with giant white bubbles rising from the tea bowl and the fragrance of roasted rice. By using a large wooden bowl called "Buku-Buku- Sara" and a large whist to make Buku-Buku tea. There are no rules such as how to make or drink this tea. Just enjoy Okinawan atmosphere. It was considered a summer drink for caring thirst; now, it is a drink in all seasons.Buku-Buku tea was consumed at celebrations, especially to celebrate the beginning of the journey. It is entirely different from the Japanese Tea Ceremony called "Sado". This tea style belongs "Furicha" Group.(f.g Bata-Bata tea from Niigata, Bote-Bote tea from Shimane)
