Software Week2016: Allinea

Application efficiency is key to maximize research output. With a limited number of resources, how to make sure that a scientific application fully use the available compute nodes? During this workshop, we will illustrate how Allinea Performance Report, available on the OIST cluster, provides answers and advices and how to integrate it to a production or development workflow.
