Use Your Voice

Take 10 minutes to give us your perspective on how OIST is doing as a rapidly growing research institution and working environment.

After gathering input from across OIST, we'll soon be asking each of you – OIST staff members and students – to participate in the OIST Staff Engagement Survey, independently and confidentially managed by global consulting firm Korn Ferry.

Help us establish a comprehensive and objective benchmark to inform OIST’s administrative and research management, enhance career training and personal development, and guide how we can support you and your role at OIST.

Completing the survey should take no more than ten or fifteen minutes of your time, and it will be offered in English and Japanese. You will receive your personal email invitation and link on February 13.

Please stay tuned to TIDA and watch out for email updates over the next two weeks. Between now and February 13 the team led by Tomo Nagase, VP for HR, will be sharing further information and working with colleagues across OIST to raise awareness of the OIST Staff Engagement Survey and help answer any questions you may have.
