Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are predicted to have diverse functions, though experimental validation is still limited. The talk will explore insights into lncRNA functions gained from the previous work of the FANTOM Genomic Consortium and show preliminary results and potential research directions focusing on dendritic cell differentiation and immune responses.
