The interviews for the Admissions Selection will be held from June 3rd (Mon)- June 7th (Fri) 2024 online.

To start your interview arrangements, please submit this survey by May 10th (Fri) 23:59 (JST), 2024.

Please read the Verification Statement carefully before submitting this questionnaire. Any changes are not permitted after the deadline of the questionnaire.

We will be updating the FAQ page regularly, so please check the FAQ page on the left side menu to find answers to any questions you may have.

By submitting this questionnaire, the information you provide will only be used for the purposes of your interview arrangement for the Admissions Selection, which may be handled by a third-party company contracted by OIST.

When signing in to the interview arrangement website, you will be redirected to the application form. To access the interview arrangement website, please go back to https://phd-interviews.oist.jp manually and log in again. 

For candidates who are physically on OIST campus during the interview week (June 3rd  - June 7th), onsite interviews may be arranged upon request. Please indicate below, whether you will be on campus or join online during the interview week and submit your interview availability regardless, whether you join the interview via zoom or on-site.
