About the symposium

In addition to presenting the achievements of the Coral Reef Conservation and Restoration Project conducted by Okinawa Prefecture, this symposium will also introduce further projects for coral reef restoration ran by ministries and organizations around Japan.

Being a worldwide topic of interest, the symposium will provide information about the current situation of coral reef restoration and offer a venue for discussions regarding its future path. This symposium will also provide an opportunity for information exchange and mutual cooperation!

The symposium will be in Japanese with simultaneous interpretation (Japanese <=> English) provided.
