Holding culture events open to the public should be approved by the OIST Culture Committee. We are also seeking to explore new opportunities of events. To submit a proposal for a culture event, please use this form. The final submission deadline for events for FY2024 (April, 2024-March, 2025) is on January 5th.
Proposal selection flow:
Proposal submission → Proposal selection (Jan 8 - Feb 2) → Announcement (Mid Feb)
What OIST/CPR can support (as needed).
- Consultation by the Culture Committee
- Coordinating with other division
- Lending space (OIST facility)
- Flyer design
- Announcement for event (Internal and external)
All budget for an event is covered by the organizeres.
