Constitutional Survey 2023
Why take this survey?
This survey is part of a regular effort to improve both our Student Council and the Terms of Reference (ToR). As OIST changes, the Student Assembly also needs to make adjustments, and this survey is one tool to help facilitate that process. You can provide anonymous feedback on what the Student Council is doing that you like, dislike, or would like to see changed for any reason. You may also propose amendments to the ToR, which defines the Student Assembly itself and details the roles of each officer. Even the annual implementation of this survey is specified in the ToR. For whatever changes that you would like to see or simply to acknowledge what you think is going well, consider taking this year's Constitutional Survey. It should take less than ten minutes.
Anonymity
This webform is anonymous, so you must sign out to complete it and must complete it in one sitting. The submissions, which will not contain your name nor ID, can only be accessed by the Constitutional Officer and OIST Groups page managers. A summary of the results will be presented to the Student Assembly later, so please keep responses polite and constructive. Also, please do not take the survey more than once.
Participation
The results of this survey, particularly proposed amendments, will be discussed and evaluated at the 'Constitutional Retreat'. Due to the anonymity of this survey, your suggestions will not automatically be linked to your person. If you want to discuss your suggestions with the SC, and further contribute to shaping the students' self-representation at OIST, be sure to leave your name and email on the comment so we can contact you about it.
