Participant Information Form

In order to arrange/cover the logistics of travel, lodging, the reception on November 13 and banquet on November 16, please fill in the form below by July 31, 2017.

If you need a visa to enter Japan, please submit this form as soon as possible. We will send you the necessary documents to issue your visa. Please note that it may take a while to receive the visa from your local embassy/consulate.

A scanned copy of the photo page of your passport with accurate and current information is required for your visa and booking your flight. Please send your passport copy to the secretariat <rnabiology@oist.jp>.

Basic Travel Schedule: Arrival in Okinawa: November 13 (Mon) / Departure from Okinawa: November 17 (Fri) Accommodation will be provided from November 13 (check-in) to November 17 (check-out)
