Title:  QFT in AdS

Abstract:  I will give an overview of recent developments on quantum field theories (QFTs) in Anti-de-Sitter space (AdS). After highlighting advantages of studying QFT in AdS over studying them on other manifolds, I will cover a few topics including the study of analyticity of S-matrix, the study of asymptotically free theories and the application to defect conformal field theory.
