Please make your own arrangements for lodging.

During the symposium, free shuttle buses will run between the OIST venue and several hotels in the morning and evening.
Shuttle buses will also be available for banquet and aquarium tour.
Details on the bus schedule will be announced later.

This area is one of the best resort areas in Japan, and hotel rates may be not cheap. It may be one option to find inexpensive lodging on your own.
