Degree conferral certificate and transcript submission

OIST needs to verify your latest academic achievements in order to complete your enrollment process. Your original copy of the degree conferral certificate and transcript written in English must be submitted. It is very important for you to prove your academic history since these documents strongly affect your academic plan in OIST.

• A provisional certificate is not acceptable.
• A diploma supplement can be accepted if it contains information on your course credits/grades and degree conferred.

How to submit:
