Gradients and Signalling: from chemotaxis to development
Gradients and Signalling: from chemotaxis to development
11-15 November 2013 Okinawa, Japan
New: Application deadline extended to July 15
Overview
With this conference we are bringing together scientists studying the many diverse processes dependent on responses of cells to gradients of molecules, such as tissue specification and patterning in development, bacterial chemotaxis, and precise connectivity of neurons in our nervous system. We believe that by gathering together scientists working on diverse processes and pathways, and using a wide variety of methods of analysis, we all have much to gain.
OIST conferences are small (~60 participants) and offer the possibility of a workshop-like atmosphere. The conference is held in OIST Seaside House, with participants housed on site and speakers at a nearby resort hotel.
