Please come to see our Aikido practice!
Art of the Aikido is the way to find win or survival without struggle or fight. And also good exercise for your health.
When you were accustomed to the Aikido practice, we will find a way to live without stress even in a stressful society as we see some similar rules within Aikido arts and way of daily life.
Kenjutsu will give a glimps into the Japanese history of Budo. In addition it can support the quality of your Aikido.
Practice schedule
Monday (Aikidō) 17:00 PM to 18:30 PM @ Village Center
Tuesday (Kenjutsu) 17:30 PM to 19:30 PM @ Ocean View
Thursday (Aikidō) 16:00 PM to 17:30 PM @ Village Center
Friday (Kenjutsu) 17:00 PM to 19:00 PM @ Village Center
We ask that people who display symptoms of respiratory diseases (including any of cough, runny nose or temperature) do not participate to the practice. If you have allergies that create these symptoms over multiple weeks, please contact us and we will see how we can adapt our policy.
For beginners or for a trial session
Please come to the village center with sweatsuit. You can try in any class.
( I recommend you to wear long sleeve and long pant as we have sitting style tectonics.)
