合気道 Welcome to the Aikido section of the OIST Martial Arts Club.
Please come to see our Aikido practice!
Notice: Due to the COVID19, we will stop normal practice for a few weeks to avoide close contact. Instead of Aikido practice, we will do non-contact practice using sword and Jo. (march 26, 2020)
Art of the Aikido is the way to find win or survival without struggle or fight. And also good exercise for your health.
When you were accustomed to the Aikido practice, we will find a way to live without stress even in a stressful society as we see some similar rules within Aikido arts and way of daily life.
