DEI lunchtime discussion: Exploring trust and psychological safety at work

Please join the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team for an informal lunchtime discussion exploring trust and psychological safety at work. Participants will reflect on how they trust others in a professional setting, be exposed to a framework for what leads people trust others, identify behaviors that cultivate trust, and discuss ideas in pairs or small groups.

Please note that this discussion is not intended to focus on trust dynamics in family or personal relationships outside of a work setting, though participants may draw connections to other areas in their life.

Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch and eat during the session.

The session will be facilitated in English. Facilitators: Mario Reddy, Kristin Macapagal
