Music Theory and Guitar Lessons With Travis White

Travis White is a Music Major Graduate of Southern Cross University, Lismore, Australia.  His main area of study was Contemporary Music - Guitar Major (Jazz, Blues, Rock, Fusion, Classical, World Musics, Latin). He has also completed Sub-Major studies in Early Childhood & Adult Learning in Education. He has been teaching in various formats for over 20+ years. Travis is comfortable teaching in both English and Japanese. Travis has created music curriculum programs for regular schools and Major Universities in Japan. He has collaborated with 15-time Grammy Award Nominee Joe Satriani and Sir Paul McCartney (The Beatles), Exile, Crystal Kay, and Ito Yuna to name a few.

トラヴィス・ホワイト先生は、オーストラリアのリズモアにあるサザンクロス大学の音楽専攻を卒業しました。 主な研究分野は、現代音楽 - ギター専攻（ジャズ、ブルース、ロック、フュージョン、クラシック、ワールドミュージック、ラテン）です。また、教育学における幼児教育および成人学習の副専攻も修了しています。トラヴィス先生は20年以上にわたり、様々な形態で音楽を教えています。このクラスも英語と日本語どちらでも対応可能です。トラヴィス先生は、日本の学校や主要大学等の音楽カリキュラムプログラムを作成しました。グラミー賞に15回ノミネートされたジョー・サトリアーニ、ポール・マッカートニー（ビートルズ）、エグザイル、クリスタル・ケイ、伊藤由奈等とコラボしたことがあります。

New Classes and Fee

• Theory 6:30PM 60 mins 3 or more (2,000yen per person)
• Guitar Beginners 7:30PM 45 mins 3 or more (1,500yen per person)
• Guitar Intermediate 8:15PM 60 mins 3 or more (2,000yen per person)

** You will be provided with all materials in digital format so there is no reason to buy any materials.

** You can use your laptop, iPad etc to access these free materials.

** Students need their own instruments.

クラスと参加費

• 音楽理論： 6:30PM 60 mins 3 or more (1人2,000円)
• ギター入門レベル： 7:30PM 45 mins 3 or more (1人1,500円)
• ギター中級レベル：8:15PM 60 mins 3 or more (1人2,000円)

** デジタル形式で全教材が提供されますので、何かを買う必要はありません。

** ご自身のラップトップPCやiPad等を使用して無料の教材にアクセスできます。

**ご自身で楽器を用意して下さい。

Students will learn through 2 main streams:

1. Research (Theory) based sharing of their findings and discoveries within the class.
2. Experiential (Practical) study through study of an instrument. Song repertoire etc.
3. Performance of learned material at various functions and recitals. (This is totally up to the student whether to participate)

クラス参加者は２つの流れで学びます。:

1. 研究 (理論) クラス内で発見したことを共有する方法
2. 体験 (実践) 楽器を使った実践的な学習方法：歌のレパートリー等
3. 学習した内容を様々な行事や発表会で演奏する。（参加するかどうかは生徒の自由です。）

The classes will be held on Zoom and the techer will send you Zoom links via Email.

現在クラスはZoomで行われます。クラス申込後、講師がメールでZoomリンクを送ります。

※With more than 3 particpants for both of Music Theory class and Guitar class, The classes will be held Face-to-Face style.

Due to the class style will be changed depend on the number of participants, please apply early and pay in ADVANCE to make sure you will attend in-person class. ( Teacher will send you an invoce by using Cashless payment system before the class.)
