Short description:

Do you find yourself at conferences drinking coffee alone? Do you seem to miss every chance to network? Or do you have the feeling you can’t keep the conversation going or can’t even get it started in the first place? No matter if you answer one of these questions with a clear “yes” or you simply have the feeling that you could improve your self-presentation skills, then this workshop might be just right one for you. From the first impression you leave, the conversations that follow, to a friendly follow-up — all of this will be covered in this course.

Leaning Objectives:

In this course you will:

  • Improve your overall self-presentation and networking skills.
  • Learn how to navigate small-talk in challenging situations.
  • Get tips and tricks for expanding and maintaining a network strategically.
  • Take first steps on designing a personal pitch/self-introduction for conferences, job interviews, trade- or career fairs.

About making notes during the course:

All participants receive a script of the course in PDF format for offline and future use so that they can work through the material offline as well as after the course.
