【CAUTION】
Regarding applicants: If you are interested in participating in the school and/or the workshop, you should submit the application before the deadline and be accepted by the organisers. Selected applicants (approximately 30) will be offered OIST accommodation and meals.
Regarding OIST support for travel: Due to increased flight prices, our budget became very tight and we will only be able to support a restricted number of people. Please indicate below if travel support from OIST is essential for your participation.
Regarding accommodation: In addtion to accommodation for invited speakers, there will be approximately 30 bedrooms available at OIST (free of charge), either on the main campus or in the nearby Seaside House (2 minutes by public transportation or 15 minutes on foot). Depending on the space available, some apartments will have private bedrooms with shared bathroom and kitchen. Please indicate below your preferences. Additionally, OIST workshop policies do not allow other than speakers and participants to stay in OIST accommodation. If you plan to come accompanied, you will have to take care of your stay independently.
Vaccination policy: According to the most-updated OIST workshop policies (Nov 15), no COVID vaccination or negative certificate is required to attend the program. We will keep you posted if there is any change.
