Poster Sessions will take place on Day1 (Nov 6th) between 14:30-16:00, and Day2 (Nov 7th) between 16:30-18:00 in C210 seminar room.

  • The panel size: width 880 mm x height 1,170 mm
  • You can use pins (we provide) to put your poster on this panel.
  • If you could use the paper size A0, it would fit our poster board nicely.
  • The A0 paper size: 841 mm x 1,189 mm

(Make sure to use the longer side of the sheet vertically)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All presenters of the poster sessions should bring posters of standard A0 size at portrait orientation. *Please, note that OIST cannot provide printing services.
