Contributed Talks are scheduled for 15 minutes plus 5 minutes discussion
Contributed Posters are requested to be put up during first day of the workshop during the coffee break or lunch.
Poster sessions will take place immediately after lunch in the Level B Cafeteria on the first three days of the workshop.
OIST Workshop Section will supply poster boards.
The poster board dimensions are W 880 mm X H 1170 mm, it fits A0 size poster.
Participants are requested to prepare and print their posters to these dimensions.
Participants are requested to remove their posters after the session on third day to make way for the regular OIST Weekly Tea in Level B Cafeteria on thursday afternoon.
There will be no poster sessions on fourth and final days of the workshop.
