This 2-part seminar will cover the basics of managing conflict across intercultural teams, including
- understanding why conflict happens
- learning ways to avoid potential conflicts
- understanding how conflict is handled across cultures
- learning strategies to manage conflict situations
Minimum intermediate English skills recommended. Native speakers of English also welcome!
