Introduction of new TIRF microscope

　 先月新しい全反射照明蛍光顕微鏡（TIRF顕微鏡）が導入されました。新しい顕微鏡では3色同時に撮影することができるようになりました。全反射照明顕微鏡はカバーガラス近傍のみ（数百ナノメートル）で蛍光を励起することで、1分子レベルでの観察を可能にした顕微鏡です。

　下記の日程で顕微鏡メーカーによるイントロダクションを行います。使用を近々に希望される方は是非参加してください。

   New TIRF  (total internal reflection fluorescence) microscope was introduced last month, in which simultaneous 3-color imaging is available.  In TIRF observation, laser excitation occurs only in several hundred nanometers close to coverslip and this excitation enables us to visualize one molecule-level observation.

    We will hold introductions about this microscope in the following schedule.  If you have interest or plan to use TIRF observation, please join these sessions.
