Modern high-performance computing uses clusters of computers working in parallel to achieve high computation speed. We show how computing clusters are organized and introduce the fundamental concepts of parallel computing.
We get an overview of the resources available here at OIST. We'll also have a brief hands-session showing how to run software on the clusters.
