Practical Information
1.Registration
The registration starts from 9:00 AM on May 22.
Please see Access information (from Kansai airport and Itami airport to CiNet and hotel).
Your nametag will be provided at the registration desk. Please wear the nametag during the summer school. Please return you nametag to the box on the registration desk on June 2.
2.Poster presentation
The poster session will take place in the lobby on the 1st floor.
Postre board size: W90cm (A0 portrait)
Your poster should be displayed from May 22 to 24. Poster may be set up after 10:00AM on May 22 and have to be removed before 18:00 on May 24.
Your name can be found on the poster board.
Thumbtacks will be available onsite for mounting the posters.
3.Reception & Banquet
We would like to invite all participants for the reception on 5/22(Mon) and the banquet on 6/2(Fri).

4.Accommodation
Osaka University International House, Suita:
Check-in (receiving your room key): Please come to the registration desk in front of the main conference room on the first floor in CiNet the following hours.
Saturday, May 20, 10:00 – 17:30
Sunday, May 21, 9:00 – 17:00

Please check the facility information and User instructions (page 2-5) carefully.
Please note that you need to bring or buy onsite your amenities such as toothbrush, hair shampoo, conditioner, body soap, detergent and so on.
2 set of face towel and bath towel, kitchen appliances, dishes, caps and table cutlery are provided.
Senri Hankyu Hotel:
Senri Hankyu hotel is located 5 minutes’ walk form South exit of Senrichuo Station. Please see Access information (from Kansai airport and Itami airport to CiNet and hotel).
5.General infomation
Wireless Internet access is available in the building, Hotel and International house.
Smoking is NOT allowed on entire campus.
No food or drinks are allowed in the main conference room.
Participants may have drinks and food in the lobby.
Coffee is served in the lobby during the summer school.
There are some cafeterias, restaurants and shops on campus and around campus. Most of them are not in services on weekend.

If you go to Bampaku-koen-mae station by Osaka Monorail train, you will find EXPOCITY which is a big shopping mole.
