Title: Transcriptional regulation of effector Treg function and homeostasis
Abstract:
The immune system has been evolved to eliminate various pathogens while maintaining tolerance to self-tissues. Regulatory T cells (Tregs)-mediated immune suppression is one of the most important mechanisms for maintenance of immune homeostasis in peripheral tissues. However, the transcriptional regulatory mechanism of effector Tregs remains elusive. In this presentation, I will talk about a new transcriptional regulator which is critical for effector Treg function and homeostasis.
