Information Session on Japanese LawJune 23 & 26) 

Purpose

Information Sessions have been arranged to inform the OIST community about some aspects of the laws of Japan with which they may not be fully familiar. The information sessions will provide detailed guidance so that the all OIST employees, students, and family members are able to conduct their work and daily life activities in compliance with the laws and regulations of Japan.   These rules and regulations may be different from those found in other parts of the world where many of the OIST employees and students have lived and worked.

Participation in one of these sessions is mandatory for all OIST employees and students. Family members are also welcome to attend one of the sessions if they wish.

Dates & Times
 

  • June 23 (Tue)
    Session 1: Japanese 14:00 – 15:00
    Session 2: English 15:00 – 16:00

 

  • June 26 (Fri)
    Session 3: Japanese 13:30 – 14:30
    Session 4: English 14:30 – 15:30

* If you are OIST on either of the dates above, it is mandatory to attend one of these sessions in person. Further sessions will be held later for those who cannot attend these initial sessions.
