こんにちは。HEART プロジェクトチームです。

前回のセッションへのご参加、アンケートへのご協力、およびHEARTメールアドレスへのお問い合わせをいただきありがとうございました。

みなさまからフィードバックを受けて、第2回HEART_RA/Admin sessionを下記のとおり開催いたします。

HEART RA/Admin session 2

①    7月 9日（木） 15:00-16:30 ＠B250

②    7月10日（金）10:00-11:30 ＠B250

同じ内容です。ご都合のいいセッションにご参加くださいませ。

目的と内容：

「なぜSAPが選定されたの？」や「変更後の業務フローが見えなくて不安・・・」など、

ERPシステム変更にともなう「もやもや」を、詳細な説明や質問事項に対する回答をとおして「すっきり」していただくための追加説明会です。

-       スケジュールのおさらい：現時点までの決定事項と今後の検討事項　

-       SAPのご紹介と新業務フロー概要説明

-       これまでの質問と回答 + 追加質問受付

 

対象者：リサーチアドミニストレーター、事務部門ERP入力スタッフ　（財務部含む）
 
前回のご案内との変更点-財務部セッションについて：来週開催予定、とお伝えしておりました財務向けセッションについては、キャンセルとなりました。キャンセルの理由は、内容を再検討したところ、これまでのセッションを通して既に皆さまがご存じの内容が多い、とプロジェクトで判断したためです。直前のご案内となり申し訳なく存じます。
今回開催のRA/Adminセッションは、財務以外のスタッフ向けのため会計等業務に特化した内容ではありませんが、ご興味がある場合はどうぞいらしてください。

Dear Research Administrators and Admin staff members,

First of all, we would like to thank you for your feedback on our past sessions and inquiries about the HEART project.

Through your feedback we learned that the HEART should be communicating more with you, the OIST staff members.

Thus we would like to invite you to the second HEART RA/Admin session/

 

When & Where:

①    July 9 Thursday  15:00-16:30 ＠B250

②    July 10 Friday 10:00-11:30 ＠B250

The content is the same for both sessions.  Spoken language: Japanese, with English slides

 

Purpose and agenda:

This additional RA/Admin session is to give you a solid idea of “what’s going on” with the project,  by providing additional information and answering the inquiries we have received so far.

The session will cover

-       Recap of the project schedule: What’s been decided and what to be decided

-       Introduction of the product SAP and new workflow for ERP entry users

-       Answers to the questions asked and more questions

 

Target audience:  Research Administrators and Admin staff members – who mainly enters requests in ERP
 
About the Finance Session: The session for the finance staff, originally scheduled for the next week,  has been cancelled as the project team concluded that its contents would be known to the members who already have been attending the series of sessions.
The finance division staff can join this RA/Admin session if you are interested or would like to recap the project overview and schedule.
