Long-stay Accommodation Agreement（長期滞在利用同意書）

Those who stay at OIST Intern Accommodation (hereinafter referred to as “Residents”) are required to observe OIST terms and conditions and generally accepted manners in order to keep the accommodation comfortable and safe. The residents are required to acknowledge liability for all damages to the premises, equipment and furnishings made by negligence on their part.
利用者は、施設の利用に際し、当学の指示に従い、施設の正常な状態の維持に努めなければならない。利用者の責に帰すべき事由により、施設の設備・備品を毀損又は汚損した場合は、利用者の負担でこれを原状に回復しなければならない。

Residents must understand the following rules and must not engage in actions that violate them.
利用者は､次の事項を理解し、違反する行為をしてはならない。

1. Do not make any alterations to the current state of facilities, equipment, and supplies.
   施設の設備・備品等の現状に変更を加えないこと。
    
2. Use the facilities and items within the accommodation premises solely for their intended purposes.
   宿泊施設内の諸設備及び諸物品をその目的以外の用途に使用しないこと
    
3. Follow the waste disposal rules, sort and dispose of waste properly.
   ごみ廃棄ルールに従い、ごみの分別・処分を行うこと。
    
4. Regularly conduct room cleaning to maintain a hygienic living environment.
   部屋の清掃は定期的に行い、清潔な生活環境を維持すること。
    
5. Periodically check the condition of furniture to prevent damage, ensuring they remain in good condition. (Especially from May to November, be cautious of damage due to mold and humidity.)
   家具の損傷を避けるために、定期的に家具の状態を確認し、良好な状態を保つこと。（特に5月～11月の間、カビや湿気による破損に気を付けること）
    
6. Without the agreement of your roommate, do not permit anyone else to enter the room.
   ルームメートの承諾なく。他人を入室させないこと。
    
7. Do not allow non-residents to stay overnight.
   入居者以外の者を宿泊させないこと。
    
8. Avoid actions that cause inconvenience to neighbors and other residents. Particularly, be considerate of noise levels between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
   近隣及び他の利用者に迷惑を及ぼす行為を行わないこと。特に午後8時から朝8時までの間は騒音を起こさないよう注意すること。
    
9. Refrain from smoking indoors or on the premises. (Use the designated smoking booths indicated in Designated Smoking Area.)
   室内及び敷地内での喫煙を行わないこと。（喫煙の際は所定の喫煙ブース（Designated Smoking Area)を利用すること）
    
10. Do not bring pets or animals onto the premises, including inside rooms.
    部屋内を含む敷地内へペット・動物を持ち込まないこと。
     
11. Do not duplicate keys.
    鍵を複製しないこと。
     
12. Do not make changes to the bedroom without permission.
    許可なくベッドルームの変更を行わないこと。
     
13. Lock the front door when going out.
    外出時には正面のドアを施錠すること。
     
14. Do not leave personal belongings outside the room.
    個人の所有物を部屋の外に置かないこと。
     
15. Do not take any facility equipment or items outside the premises.
    施設内の諸設備及び諸物品を施設外へ持ち出さないこと。
     
16. Refrain from using open flames or other hazardous materials carelessly within the premises, and avoid actions that could cause damage to the university or the facilities.
    施設内での火気使用やその他の危険物の使用を避け、本学園及び施設に損害を及ぼす恐れのある行為をしないこと。
     
17. Always use sheets and pillowcases when using the bed.
    ベッドを使用する際は必ずシーツと枕カバーを使用すること。
     
18. Remove your shoes when entering the room.
    入室時には靴を脱ぐこと。

The Residents must cooperate with persons instructed by the University to enter and inspect the rooms as necessary for the management of the facility.
利用者は、当学の指示を受けた者が施設の管理上必要により居室内への立入り、点検等を実施するときは、これに協力しなければならない。

The Residents may not make any claim against the University, such as a withdrawal fee, or any other claim against the University as a condition for leaving the facility.
利用者は、施設退室を条件として、当学に対し立退料等その他の請求をすることはできない。

In the following cases, the Residents are asked to immediately inform and follow the instruction of the Central Control Room (098-966-8989) and OIST Housing Management Section<housing@oist.jp>.
利用者は、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合は、直ちに防災センター（098-966-8979）及びOISTハウジング管理セクション<housing@oist.jp>に連絡し、当学の指示を受けるものとする。

1. Any danger or damage to the premises, equipment and furnishings due to fire, typhoon, flood, earthquake, and so on.
   火災、風水害、地震、その他の原因により建物その他付属設備に損害を及ぼし又は及ぼす危険が大きい場合
    
2. Any sick or injured persons on the premises or surroundings.
   施設内若しくはその近辺において、病人又はけが人が発生した場合
