Emergency room is available in case you are unable to enter or stay in your reserved room. 

※If the housing management section determines that the usage is for personal reasons, a full of fee will be charged.
Example of the usage is for personal reason : Residents lost their key so they stay a night.

How to use Emergency Room

1. 1. Visit Entrance Security at Tunnel Gallery.
2. 2. Provide Security with the following information:
   • -Your name
   • -Confirmed reservation form or Reservation number.
   • -Unit
   • -Room number you were assigned to 
   • -Intention to use the Emergency Room
3. 3. Receive the Emergency Room Instruction.
4. 4. Get a key from key box located behind the entrance security by using the 4-digit PIN number written in the Emergency Room Instruction.
5. 5. Proceed to South Hill H125.  
6. 6.Please return the key to the key box promptly after using the room.
