Important Notes / 注意事項 *

  • Requests must be made 11 business days in advance. (The registration will begin two months in advance.)
  • Requests may not be fulfilled due to availability.
  • If the item is not in stock, we will contact you within 5 business days after your submission date.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact OIST Housing Management Section at least one week prior to your desired purchase date.
  • If no purchase is made for more than 7 days from the desired purchase date, the order will be canceled.
  • The price listed is without tax, and the sales tax (10%) will be added to the final price.
  • The color will be white or a similar color.
  • The information entered will be sent to OIST and AEON.
  • Purchases will be at AEON store on campus. (Business Hours 8:00 - 20:00)
     
  • ご依頼は11営業日前までにお願いいたします。（受け付けは2か月前から開始になります）
  • 在庫状況によりご希望に沿えない事があります。
  • 在庫がない場合は、リクエスト送信後、5営業日以内にご連絡いたします。
  • キャンセルを希望される場合は、購入希望日の１週間前までにOISTハウジング管理セクションまでご連絡をお願いいたします。
  • 購入希望日から7日以内ご購入が無い場合、キャンセルとなります。
  • 記載の金額は税抜き価格になり、消費税(10%)が上乗せされます。
  • 色は白かそれに近い色でご用意になります。
  • 入力された情報はOIST及びイオンへ送信されます。
  • 購入はキャンパス内イオンになります。（営業時間 8:00-20:00）
