Location

Seminar Room B250, Center Building

Description

Introduction

"Superstring theory is a leading candidate for the ultimate unified theory of all the forces and matter in nature including gravity. In this talk, I will review basic ideas of this theory and recent advances including new understanding of spacetime geometry at the unification scale. The talk is aimed at a general science audience."
