Application for Faculty and Researchers

The registration fee is 30,000 JPY (approx. 180 EUR or 200 USD).  This is part of the workshop operating budget and a breakdown cannot be provided.  We will provide details about the payment method later.

We have a limited number of gendered twin-shared rooms at Seaside House available to support workshop participants. If you are accepted to attend and do not want to share a twin room (with bathroom) with another participant, you will have to pay for your own accommodation. On the workshop website you will find some information about hotels near OIST.

22 twin rooms, for two people to share, are available in Seaside House.   These are limited to participants only, but will be provided free of charge to students and other participants who need support for accomodation.  

A block of rooms have been reserved in the Peridot Smart Hotel.    These are available on a first-come-first served basis at a discounted rate of JPY 13,200 per night.   (Additional charges will appy for particpants traveling family).   Transport to the workshop will be provided.
