RD2DS2020: Application for participants

To apply for the workshop, please fill in the form below. All participants are required to present either a poster or talk and therefore need to include an abstract. 

Note that all participant accommodation is in twin-shared rooms at Seaside House, the cost of which is covered by OIST. If you are accepted to attend and do not want to share a twin room (with bathroom) with another participant you will have to book and pay for your own accommodation and daily transport to the workshop venue, Seaside House. The workshop secretariat will be able to advise you on hotels in the immediate region.

The registration fee for participants is 15,000 JPY and will cover the participant's local expenses, including transportation to/from Naha airport, accomodation (double occupancy), and meal.
