U.S. Patent Law--the System and Jurisprudence

Dr. Masao Yoshimura, an attorney at law and patent attorney in U.S., will give a seminar at OIST on Wednesday this week.  http://www.cyiplaw.com/english/index.php  The seminar will focus on U.S. patent law and principle behind practice.  Since U.S. is the world’s largest market for many products, it is the most important country to cover for patent filers.  This seminar will be of interest primarily to tech transfer and business development crews, but everyone can join.  Any questions related to patents are welcomed for this experienced attorney.  There’ll be plenty of time for Q&A session.
